      • Dr. Bren Skaar: "Is there a story from your book that stands out as kind of that encapsulates what it's about And it could be yours or someone that you talk to.

      • Douglas: In the case of the food pantry folks they kind of rose unexpectedly to leadership because as all this stuff was happening suddenly their 80 year old the person who was leading it had to step down because of illness And suddenly they just And this is the thing about where business and awareness all comes together And so they went out and they got a lot of donations Suddenly they had so much food they had nowhere to put it So now they had to go back to the restaurants and say: and all these folks go can you actually store this for us But it's just All this being aware and in the moment stuff comes to play right then and businesses like that things are always changing If you are not changing you're just going to become stagnant basically become a commodity and then you don't have a competitive advantage It's this- constantly being able to change with the environment that you're trying to that makes people survive and succeed.
